Is a Dividend in Ebay's future?

With Ebay's share price stagnating, Ebay's Management owes the shareholders at least a dividend to compensate. Or if they will not issue a dividend spin off Paypal and Skype to Shareholders. Each shareholder should receive one share of Skype and one share of Paypal for each shares of Ebay that they hold. If Meg was smart she would time it in the same weak as Visa's Expected IPO. However don't hold your breath, Meg is obsessed with going to the White House and will exhaust all of her energy on Romney's behalf.

What is the deal with Jyve. It was some sort of My Space/Facebook that had appeared at the same time that Ebay had acquired Skype. It was run by Skype and could be found at www.jyve.com. However know it has disappeared and no one at Skype, or Ebay seems to have ever heard about it.
