NEW YORK, Jan 28 (Reuters) - PayPal, a unit of online auctioneer eBay (EBAY.O: Quote, Profile, Research), said on Monday that it would acquire Israel's Fraud Sciences Ltd in an all-cash deal worth about $169 million.
Fraud Sciences' risk tools and analytics are likely to enhance eBay and PayPal's fraud management systems, the companies said in a statement.
The companies said they expected the deal to close within 30 days. EBay does not expect the acquisition to have a material impact on its 2008 financial outlook
