Ebay & AOL?

I heard today that the San Jose Mercury News reports that EBAY may be a potential bidder for Time Warner's AOL unit in a $10 billion transaction.

Now this would truly be a major disaster and if Ebay was to do this I would genuinely have to ask what the heck are they thinking. I don't see any benefits coming from this. I just hope this is a rumor as Ebay cannot be this reckless

As I have mentioned many times in the past a cheap company that Ebay can acquire is drugstore.com, the #1 online health and beauty site on the net. Ebay can acquire this company for $400 million and it should be profitable this quarter. They can provide Sellers with a state of the art health plan etc. Who the heck uses AOL anymore. It is terrible.
